Canyon View Capital (CVC) originally came about as part of Robert (Bob) Davidson’s work with Davidson Fohs & Associates Accountancy Corporation. Davidson realized that his clients, with limited resources at their disposal, had difficulty taking full advantage of his investment advice.  Eventually, he made the transition from merely recommending investments to acquiring and managing real estate investments for the benefit of his clients.

Now, over thirty years later, Bob retired from Davidson, Fohs & associates and CVC has become Managing Member of seventeen different real estate entities which in turn, oversee $ 200 million worth of real estate for the benefit of more than 200 investors. CVC’s investments comprise one medical facility and sixteen residential properties which include 3,004 apartment units in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri. In addition, CVC organized, managed, and sold for capital gains five other real estate entities including two residential and three commercial properties.
