Central Arkansas

Our Central Arkansas region includes the Little Rock Metro Area, Fort Smith and the famous Hot Springs, Arkansas.  Our multi-family investments in these locations hover the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains through the famous river valley and offer spectacular views. 

Our Approach

We oversee a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties across Central Arkansas, including vibrant communities in Little Rock, Conway, Maumelle, and Hot Springs. At Canyon View Capital, we take pride in overseeing the complexities of property management for our investment partners, enabling them to enjoy the benefits of passive real estate income without the day-to-day challenges.

Market Overview

Our Central Arkansas region hovers the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains, through the center of the mountains and back up to the north. Little Rock boasts not only over 1 million people living within an hour of downtown Little Rock but has also been known as the birthplace of FinTech.
