We take a strategic approach to our investments, focusing on the “buy-and-hold” philosophy rather than the short-term gains of a “buy-and-flip” strategy. This approach attempts to deliver consistent, long-term results for our investors without the responsibility of property management or administrative duties.

In our efforts to provide diverse options, we are invested in many types of multifamily investment opportunities, including apartment complexes, townhome communities, and loft properties. Our team of experts carefully researches and analyzes each property to select investment opportunities that are most likely to offer value, the potential for appreciation, and long-term growth prospects.

Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Canyon View Properties, is responsible for managing and operating CVC multifamily investment properties in America’s Heartland. As part of our larger vertical integration  strategy, CVP manages over 7,000 units with 36 properties throughout our various regional hubs. This gives us hands-on involvement and high-level oversight from our regional leadership and enables us to maintain the exceptional standards our investors expect from us.
