Market Overview

The largest metro area in the state is not only known for its famous BBQ, but the famous Kansas City Chiefs also call this area home. This bi state metropolitan area is split between Missouri and Kansas and surrounded by farmland. Known as a major hub for healthcare, finances and agribusinesses, there are many national companies headquartered in KC. The living, atmosphere, and job market along with the international airport are just a few features that make the Kansas City area a desirable place to live. Canyon View locations span this metro area from downtown KC, through Independence, Lee’s Summit and over into mission Kansas.
